Malaysian Entrepreneurs August Meet Up

scratchdisk was at Nomad Offices, Pavilion KL to join 30 other attendees in the first ever Malaysia Entrepreneurs Meet Up. Malaysia Entrepreneurs is a movement (and blog) established by serial entrepreneur Daniel Cerventus, who is also co-founder of Ideapreneur.net. Themed “Businesses and Opportunity with Mobile Industry with Google”, the event hosted by Malaysia Entrepreneurs partnering MoBIG, gave insight to the mobile industry in Malaysia.

The event was supposed to showcase big boys from Google, initially expected to talk about Google’s views on the mobile and web market in Malaysia and South East Asia. Unfortunately due to scheduling technicalities, it was left to Jeff Bannister of Orbitage to speak about ‘Opportunities in the Mobile Industry’. Space was left for open networking and also a short presentation by venue hosts and sponsor - Nomad Offices.

Malaysia Entrepreneurs is a fantastic platform for business networking with fellow Malaysian entrepreneurs. scratchdisk will certainly be actively participating in future events.
